Our pastries are made from scratch by us, and our cinnamon rolls are a smidge famous. We make them from hand-laminated croissant dough, then twirl them with brown sugar and cinnamon. We bake 48 a day and almost always sell out, so please call ahead for parties and brunches (760.327.7595).
Besides the cinnamon rolls, we have homemade cookies: chocolate chip, ginger snap, and oatmeal cranberry! There’s always a fruit pie / tart of some sort based on whatever fruit is in season. And there’s a fantastic cake – not too sweet, really moist, and iced with some fabulous homemade icing – available by special order, too! We bake everything daily and proudly use Giusto’s organic flours, old fashioned sugar, E. Guittard chocolate and 83% butter. We do not use stabilizers, corn syrups, food dyes or weird fillers. That means no red velvet cake.
We take our beverages very seriously. Anything with fruit was squeezed, pressed or pureed by us. This is a sample of how serious we are.
Agua frescas. Acai Smoothies. Full bar. Mexican coke. Real lemonade. Spicy blood marys. Green tea iced tea. Fresh squeezed (by us) OJ and grapefruit juice. San Pelligrino sodas. CVB beer on tap. Fresh pressed green juice. Blood orange juice. Blackberry brambles. Gin Fizz, white peach mimosas.
Try a carafe of our fresh-squeezed orange juice, or add some bubbles to a glass for a fresh orange or Pomegranate Mimosa.
Oh, one more thing: no bottomless mimosas. Instead we use quality champagne and fresh juice.
